Join us in supporting the Haitian TPS Legal Clinics, an ongoing collaborative effort with several community partners, including the Worcester Area Mission Society, Worcester Public Library, Friendly House, Inc., Central West Justice Center, and more.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has expanded Temporary Protected Status (TPS) eligibility to include Haitian individuals and families who have been in the U.S. since June 3, 2024.
Through our clinics, we aim to assist eligible Haitian individuals in applying for or renewing their TPS benefits. Eligible Haitian individuals include non-shelter residents of Worcester, Auburn, Leicester, and Shrewsbury.
